Our search led us to Tolima, Colombia, where Don Augusto planted his first guanabana tree 20 years ago. His fruit’s balance of creamy custard-like base and tangy citrus notes earned him a reputation and his small farm family quickly grew. Today, nearly everyone in the town helps grow guanabanas!
